构建多层集装箱改造房的方法及确保其安全性实用公式推导

[摘要] 集装箱改造房屋是一种新兴的钢结构房屋结构形式,如今正在民用建筑领域中大力推广。但是集装箱在从运输货物的柜子到组建房屋模块的转变过程中,破坏了其原有的个体结构形式和整体组合方式,并且其承受的荷载也发生了改变,所以集装箱改造房存在着极大的安全隐患。目前还没有相关规范对这种房屋结构进行指导。从建筑和结构两个方面对这一新兴的钢结构房屋进行了研究。一方面给出了以常见的用于改造的两种集装箱模块为基础的建筑组合原则;另一方面通过对集装箱模块的合理简化得出了在建筑理论限定范围内在竖向荷载下随意搭建的多层集装箱房屋中任意柱子的轴力计算公式和保证其在水平荷载作用下的稳定性的侧移计算公式。

The method of constructing mutil-storied used shipping container buildings and the dedction of practical formula about structural security

Abstract: Shipping container building was a new type of steel structure system, and now this kind of structure type had received great popularity in the field of civil buildings. Architectural discourse and construction method were displayed through modular idea, so lots of beautiful building elevations were created successfully, the period of construction could be cut obviously as well. Reusing the used shipping container in another way is consistent with the trend of energy-saving and environmental-friendly buildings. While in the process that used shipping containers were conversed from cargo transportation containers to building modules, the single shipping container's original structural form and combination form of a large number of containers had been changed, in addition, the load that shipping containers often bear was also changed. Therefore, the security ofused shipping container buildings was still hard to be insured,  and there was not the related regulation or law to direct the construction of this type of buildings. For the reasons mentioned, the research of used shipping container was done from two perspectives that contain the principle of architectural conversion and
practical formulas about structural modification. The formulas involves obtaining axial force of random post and getting lateral displacement ofthe whole building.
