［提要］  介绍了针对软土区某医院一高、低层建筑发生过大差异沉降的处理过程，分析了沉降事故产生的原因，并比较了采用锚杆静压桩止沉处理方式和采用脱体处理方式的优缺点，工程最终采用脱体处理方式。介绍了设计中考虑的结构措施及采取的施工措施，一些成功的经验可以在今后类似的工程中借鉴和应用。

Disposal and Analysis of Sedimentation Accident of a Hospital/Wen Liming(Shanghai Health Construction Design & Research Institute, Shanghai 200003, China)
Abstract:The process of dealing with different sedimentation of a hospital in soft groundsill is introduced. The cause of the sedimentation accident is analyzed and the advantage and disadvantage of the disposal of using anchoring pile to stop sedimentation or separating the two buildings are compared. The separating method is adopted finally.The structural and construction measurements are introducted.Some successful experience may be refered in similar engineering.
