(1 山东省建筑科学研究院,济南250031; 2 同济大学,上海200092)[摘要] 混凝土保护层厚度在工程设计和施工中非常重要,如果混凝土保护层达不到设计规范要求,易造成建筑物构件表面裂缝、钢筋过早锈蚀等缺陷,甚至降低建筑物结构强度、耐久性等。现浇板支座负弯矩钢筋混凝土保护层厚度合格点率偏低是建筑工程质量通病之一。本文对某支座负筋保护层厚度过大的楼板进行了现场荷载试验,对变形、裂缝宽度进行了测量,并与规范允许值进行对比分析,验证该楼板能否满足正常使用性能。

If the cover of concrete isn't meet design requirements, it is easy to cause cracks in the surface of the building components, steel premature corrosion and other defects, and even reduce the structural strength and durability. Low compliance point rate of cover of the negative moment reinforcement is one of the construction quality problems. Static test was done on an excessive cover thickness plate to verify that the plate can meet normal performance or not, through measuring the deformation and crack width and comparing it with allowable values of code.
