预应力CFRP片材快速加固空心板的试验研究

[摘要] 体外锚固预应力CFRP片材加固是一种基于波形齿夹具锚(简称波形锚)的主动预应力加固技术,它采用非粘贴的、预制的、现场安装和张拉FRP片材的技术,施工速度很快。为了模拟实际桥梁的加固,特别寻找了一片废弃的l0m预应力混凝土空心板梁进行快速加固试验。在空心板加固过程中,一条CFRP片材从两端固定到中问夹持和锚固,整个预应力张拉和锚固过程可以在30min内完成,实现了加固的快速施工。试验中对预应力张拉过程进行了测试,也对预应力损失进行了约7d的观测,结果表明在张拉完成后3h内预应力损失稍大,以后就非常微小,一条CFRP片材的有效预拉力达150kN左右。最后也对空心板进行了加载试验,试验结果表明CFRP片材的强度发挥较充分,使得加固效果得到很大的提高。

    Experimental research of prestressed CFRP sheet rapid strengthening hollow concrete slab

Abstract: It is an active prestressed strengthened technology which prestressed CFRP sheet was external anchored by wave-shaped grip anchorage (WSGA). The CFRP sheet was tensioned speed quickly and wasn't be pasted on site, so the construction technology is very simple and rapid. In order to simulate actual bridge strengthening,a piece of scrap the l0-meter prestressed hollow concrete slab was tested for rapid reinforcement. Consolidation process was completed within 30 minutes in the construction which a CFRP sheet was fixed at the both ends and clamped and anchored on the middle. A rapid strengthening of the construction was achieved. The prestressing stress of CFRP sheet was tested on the tensioning process. And the loss of pre-stress in CFRP sheet was observed about 7 days. The results show that the pre-stress was droped within 3 hours and was gradually stabilized after 3 hours. Effective pre-tension of a CFRP sheet was up t0 150kN. Eventually the hollow slab was experimented by loading. The results showed that the strength of CFRP sheet was be utilized more fully, so the strengthening effect has been greatly improved.
