CFRP片材加固钢筋混凝土板梁桥试验研究*

[摘要] 318国道三里桥的左幅行车道由8块矩形截面板梁组成。经静载试验结果分析发现,该桥目前状态己不能满足现行规范要求。根据静载试验及该桥现状对该桥采用CFRP片材进行加固。加固后的静载试验结果表明:板梁加固后桥梁的承载力及刚度有较大提高,加固后的板梁满足规范要求,在汽-20荷载等级下的安全储备能满足近期交通发展的总体规划要求。粘贴纤维片材加固比采用预应力钢筋混凝土空心板梁替换原板梁节约成本54%。

    Experimental study on CFRP-strengthened reinforced concrete plate girder bridge

Abstract: The left lane of San-li Bridge is composed of eight plate girders. To evaluate its healthy state, an in-site static test was carried out on the left lane. The test results show that these girders cannot satisfy the provisions of the national code. Based on the test results, externally bonded CFRP laminates on the soffit were used to strengthen these girders. The test results of the strengthened girders show that the stiffness of the plate girder improved significantly. As a result, its safety stock under the applied load level of Qi-20 can meet the transportation requirements of the development plans in the near future and the strengthened girders satisfy the requirement of the code. The cost of using CFRP strengthening is 54% saved than that ofusing prestressed reinforced concrete beams.
