[摘要] 上海市宝山地区共有非成套住宅约47万m²，多为20世纪50~70年代所建造。由于当时的条件限制，居民2～6户合用厨房或卫生问。为提高居民生活质量，由政府组织对这类非成套的住宅逐步进行成套改造。介绍了成套改造方案的选择和所考虑的一些问题，并对主要采用的单纯外扩式改造方法作了详细介绍。

    The ways and means of non-complete housing transformation

Abstract: There are 470 000 square meters non-complete sets of residential in Baoshan District of Shanghai, which is built in the 1950-1970s. As the conditions at the time, two to six residents shared kitchen or bathroom. To improve life quality of the residents, government organizations transformed such non-complete sets of residential. The authors introduce the reconstruction plans and some of the issues considered, and the main use of the simple external-expanding transformation method is described in detail.
