既有教学建筑综合改造的历史文化传承与创新理念*

[摘要] 对既有历史风貌教学建筑进行综合改造再利用,不仅是对本身结构安全性方面的解危,也能达到功能提升、文化传承、延续历史、节约资源、和谐共生和持续发展的目的。以天津大学第8教学楼的综合改造的工程实践为例,发扬既有教学建筑综合改造的历史文化传承与创新理念,并为类似教学建筑的综合改造提供示范和推进思路。

Adoption of historical culture and idealinnovation of the comprehensive retrofitting of existing classroom building

Abstract: The comprehensive retrofitting and reuse of existing historical classroom building can not only improve the security of the building, but also achieve the purposes of function improvement, adoption of culture, historical connection, saving resources, harmony and sustained development. The paper takes an example of engineering practice of the comprehensive retrofitting of the 8th classroom building in Tianjin University, intending to carry forward the adoption of historical culture and ideal innovation of the comprehensive retrofitting of existing classroom building. It also can provide a demonstration and enlarge mentality for similar retrofitting project.
