既有多层砌体房屋承重墙拆除改造加固设计与施工

[摘要] 近年来许多既有多层砌体建筑需要改变使用功能,有些建筑物原有开问布置不能满足现在使用要求,开问需要加大,这就面临着房屋改造的结构安全问题,采取怎样的程序才能在国家法律允许的条件下,既保证结构安全又能达到满足使用功能。通过加固改造工程的经验,阐述了多层砌体房屋承重墙拆除改造的法定程序与一种特殊的施工工艺。

Demolishing, remoulding and reinforcing design and construction for the load bearing wall of the existing multi floor masonry structure buildings

Abstract: In recent years, amounts of existing multi floor masonry structure buildings need to change their using functions, and the bay width arrangement of some buildings can not meet the using requirements. Thus the enlargement requirements of the bay width shall challenge the structural safety problem of the building remoulding. What construction sequence should be adopted under the nationallaw that can on one hand ensure the structural safety and on the other hand meet the using functions will be key problem. With various past reinforcement remoulding engmeering experiences, this article illustrated the official construction procedure and a special construction technology for demolishing and remoulding of the load bearing wall of multi floor masonry structure buildings.
