烧碱车间折线形屋架体外预应力加固设计与施工

[摘要] 体外预应力常用于加固梁、屋架等构件。介绍了应用体外预应力方法加固化工厂房18m跨屋架下弦杆的设计与施工,在体外预应力钢筋的布置、线型设计和转角等方面进行了探讨。针对体外预应力筋气相锈蚀问题采取涂刷环氧树脂的方法有效地防止了钢筋锈蚀。为加快施工进度、减少停产损失、避免损坏生产设备,利用车问内的吊车作为加固施工平台,既方便操作又能保证安全施工。

Strengthening design and construction of a caustic soda workshop mansard roof with extracorporeal prestressing technology

Abstract: The external prestressing is often used to consolidate components such as girder, roof truss. This text introduced the design and construction of the external prestressing consolidating the chord under the roof truss of 18-meter-high factory building of chemical industry; and discussed the layout of the steel bars of external prestressing, design ofline type and corner. In respect ofthe rusting issue ofthe external corrosion ofprestressing tendons, the method of brushing araldite can effectively prevent the steel bars from rusting. If the crane in the workshop can be changed to the operating platform for consolidating, it would expedite the construction schedule and reduce the loss ofproduction.
