[摘要] 结合工程实例探讨砖混结构二次加固改造过程中所涉及的关键技术，研讨相关的设计思路和方法，包括托换梁的设计与构造，竖向承重结构的加固设计以及楼梯拆换技术。总结了进行砖混结构托换施工时应注意的若干技术问题，可供今后同类工程在进行结构加固改造设计与施工时参考。

    Strengthening design and construction technology of a secondary retrofit masonry building

Abstract: Based on engineering cases, secondary retrofit technology involved in the reinforcing reconstruction of masonry composite structure was discussed. Related design ideas and methods were reached, including the design and construction of retrofit beams, strengthening of the vertical load-bearing structure and the technology of stair replacement. Moreover, some technical issues that should be paid attention to in the construction were proposed which may serve as reference in the design and construction in similar projects.
