(1 新大陆建筑设计有限公司,沈阳110003; 2 辽宁天维纺织研究建筑设计有限公司,沈阳110015)[摘要] 介绍一种混凝土结构增设支点加固的新方法。其主要特点是通过旋转柱脚螺栓顶升钢支柱,使楼盖达到卸荷、减小跨度、恢复变形的目的。增设支点的钢支柱既作为结构构件,又当作项升用具。该方法用于某办公楼屋盖的加固工程,取得很好的经济技术效果。

The main characteristic ofthis method is to turn the footing bolt to lift up steel column to achieve the goals of reducing span, unloading and recovering deformation of roof. The bearing steel column is not only as a structure component, but also as a lifting-up appliance. This method has been used to strengthen a roof of an office building and generates good economic and technical effects.
