[摘要] 对厦门市商业银行总行大楼的加固及改扩建结构进行优化设计。首先对建筑可靠性进行鉴定，分析存在的主要问题，并针对问题提出相应的优化设计对策，找出结构加固设计经济可行的最优办法，最后对加固方法及施工要点进行阐述，希望对探索加固与改建的更好办法提供一些参考。

Abstract: Structure strengthening, rebuilding and expanding design of Xiamen City Commercial Bank Q was presented. Firstly, the building reliability was identified and major problems were listed. ccording to these problems, maximum design procedure was presented following the optimized esign schedule. Finally, the construction measurement and key points were discussed which can be referred n building strengthening and expanding balance.
