[摘要] 以某商业楼的抗震鉴定及加固工程实例为背景，依照现行规范，对原结构进行了全面检测和抗震鉴定，分析了超限底框结构的抗震检测鉴定工作中的难点问题，并针对问题提出了抗震加固的方案，为今后类似的检测加固工程提供参考。

The anti-seismic appraisal and strengthening design of a business building

Abstract: Taking the anti-seismic appraisal and strengthening designof a business building for example, according to the lastest code, anti-seismic appraisal and dynamical test of the structure must be conducted. The difficulties are introduced about the transfinite bottom-frame structure. Some key problems are analyzed and some solutions are proposed on reinforcing and strengthening. It will be a good reference for the similar project.
