[摘要] 通过对苏纶场20世纪90年代初建成的原纺织织造车问改建为大型商业功能的家乐福超市项目抗震加固设计的分析，阐明了对未进行抗震设计的既有建筑功能改造并重新投入使用的抗震加固思路，抗震体系的完善、抗震性能的加强以及构造措施的实施，并按现行抗震规范补充计算，使建筑的可靠度得到有效提高，以较小的投入达到满足使用功能要求的目的。

    Anti-seismic reinforcement method of a frame structure of workshop

Abstract: Through the anti-seismic design of a existing building built from textile weaving workshop in the early 1990s into a large commercial function of Carrefour Supermarket project, mentality anti-seism/c design of the structure retrofit was clarified. The design procedures consist of improvement of the seismic system, reinforcement of the details of seismic design and calculation for the building in accordance with the present code to increase the reliability of the building and meet the usability of the building. Seismic analysis and design on Carrefour Supermarket rebuilt from textile factory are carried out. Seismic retrofit idea for this building is described.
