[摘要] 某高校教学楼为砖混结构，要改造成学生公寓，存在房屋的抗震横墙问距和宽度、楼面主梁承载力不足、地基基础加固等问题。采用增设钢筋混凝土板墙、增大截面加固法等措施进行加固。学生公寓至今已经使用4年，性能良好。

Structural reinforcing and rehabilitating on a brick structure teaching building

Abstract: There are some problems existed in a brick structure teaching building transformed to a student housing apartment, including the seismic horizontal wall spacing, width of house and main beams of floor, Whether the ground soil and the basement should be considered. During the process of rehabilitating, the methods of adding shear walls and structure member strengthening with R.C are adopted. Student apartment has served well for four years.
