[摘要] 自建建筑由于施工中管理不善导致结构先天存在缺陷。在资金和“木己成舟”的两难境地，考虑对结构进行加固补强，对缺陷构件进行修复补强处理。通过结构合理、造价经济的方案，使整体结构既满足使用要求，又避免资本浪费而流失。

    Strengthening of a self-built office building and repair program

Abstract: Building self-built construction mismanagement can result in structural birthdefects. As in the capital and the "done deal" in a dilemma,a structural reinforcement reinforcement is considered, and defective component reinforcement processing is repaired. By a rational structure, with the economy, the whole structure not only satisfy the application requirements, but also avoid wastage and loss of capital.
