转炉炼钢塔楼负荷加固工程实例

[摘要] 某转炉炼钢塔楼在不影响生产的情况下,新增一座120t转炉。需要将处于负荷状态的塔楼边框架加固为塔楼中框架。经过实地考察和综合分析,最终确定改造加固方案。重点介绍加固方案,并加以总结。

A reinforcement project example of convertor steel-making tower building under load condition

Abstract: Some convertor steel-making tower building need to add a new 120t converter which is built on no negative impact on production of existent two converters and four casting lines. The side frame of original tower building was built and strengthened as the middle frame. By site review and comprehensive analysis, the final strengthen scheme is determined. The authors introduce strengthening scheme and summarize these technique.
