[摘要] 总结了某钢结构厂房、地脚螺栓、设备基础、钢梁振动、零星构件等几个方面的改造措施。钢结构厂房改造应综合考虑残余应力和内应力的影响及厂房空问作用。地脚螺栓和设备基础改造，需要设备和结构两个专业相互配合。通过轴向力传递钢梁上动荷载，可有效防止梁的过大振动。零星构件应尽可能采用钢构件。

    Engineering practice of strengthening design for steel plant and equipment foundation

Abstract: Strengthening design for the steel plant, anchor bolts, equipment foundation, steel beam vibration, petty components was summarized. For steel plant, the strengthening design should be comprehensive consideration of residual stress, internal stress and spatial stiffness. For anchor bolt and equipment foundation, good co-operation is important between equipment engineer and civil engineer. Axial force components bear the dynamic load on the steel girder, which can effectively prevent the excessive vibration ofthe beam. Petty component should maximize the use steel members.
