[摘要] 延长厂房增加吊车并利用旧有厂房，要求对旧有厂房钢筋混凝土双肢柱加固并增加吊车肢。本文对加吊车肢柱子进行模型简化，可以直接利用PKPM软件进行计算。新开挖设备基础埋深远超过原有柱基础，施工采用桩基础支护达到要求。

    Strengthening and reconstruction of an existing factory building

Abstract: Combined with a project, this paper elaborates a simply calculating method for column strengthening of the old factory by PKPM software .The calculated column to support crane loads was combined zigzag interconnected cement bars old reinforced concrete column with steel pillars. In this paper, equipments foundation depth was far ahead adjacent old building column base. We pay a choice of piled foundation protect in this deep foundation ditch to solve the problem.
