[摘要] 某工程原建筑使用功能为粮库，结构形式为板柱结构，业主要求改变使用功能为办公，并且在不加固基础的前提下适当加层。通过对原建筑进行结构安全性鉴定和抗震鉴定，根据相应的《鉴定报告》提出三个可行的结构加层设计方案，并将三个设计方案进行优化对比，最后选用板柱-抗震墙结构作为改造加层的实施方案。

    Design of adding extra-floor to an existing office building in Shanghai

Abstract: The four-floor building with plate-column structure, the original function of which is grain depot, needs to change for office and add extra-floor advisably without strengthening the foundation of the building, at the request of the landlord. Therefore, the safety and earthquake-resistant appraisal had been finished. Based on the appraisal report, three feasible plans of the adding extra-floor were put forward. Through contrasting the plans, the plate-column and shear wall structure is chosen for the optimum plan of the renovation.
