[摘要] 由于人们对现有建筑使用要求的改变及越来越多的已有建筑达到设计使用年限，因此结构加固、改造设计工程量会越来越多，同时由于人们对加固改造设计认识的不断加深，加固设计理论也在不断改进和完善。以北京某办公楼的加固改造为例，就加固改造设计中的重点问题提出一些建议。

    Strengthening study and design of one office building in Beijing

Abstract: Because the change of the using requirement to the building structure and more and more building structures have worked years to the design serviceable life, structures under the condition of above should be strengthened. With the understanding about structure strengthening increased, the theory of strengthening design have been improved and perfected. Some important issues about the strengthening design of building structure were discussed and some suggestions about the strengthening design ofbuilding structure are given.
