某中学教学楼加固改造

[摘要] 根据工程安全鉴定报告的主要结论及《北京地区中小学校舍抗震鉴定与加固技术细则》(2009-10-1实施)的相关规定,确定某教学楼的加固方案:改变其砖混结构体系为钢筋混凝土抗震墙结构体系。采用双面喷射钢筋混凝土墙板作为抗震墙,楼面整浇叠合层增强结构的整体性等方法,使加固改造后的建筑物满足现行规范的抗震要求。

Abstract: According to project safety appraisal report's main conclusions and In Bezjing primary and secondary schools Seismic Evaluation and Strengthening the technical details with the relevant provisions, the teaching building of reinforcement was determined: changed the brick structural system to reinforced concrete shear wall structural system. Used double-sided jet reinforced concrete wall as a shear wall, entire floor cast composite layer enhancing the structural integrity and so on, reinforcement building could meet the current standard of seismic requirements.
