[摘要] 介绍了上海中山东一路27号大楼（原怡和洋行）文物建筑的基本情况及其存在的一些问题，并结合文物保护的要求，提出了文物保护建筑抗震概念加固的一些处理方法。结合工程采用的一些构件加固的做法，对常用构件加固的做法及注意事项进行了简要。

    Reinforcement design of East Zhongshan l Road No.27 building

Abstract: The basic conditions of heritage buildings and existing problems of East Zhongshan l  Road No.27 building(Jadine Matheson & Co., Ltd., building) in Shanghai were introduced, and to integrate heritage conservation requirements. Then, they proposed some treatment of seismic concept strengthening for the heritage buildings. Combined with the approach of components reinforced of this project, a brief analysis was make for the reinforcing practice.
