(上海建筑设计研究院有限公司,上海200041)[摘要] 为配合上海国际航运服务中心的建设,须对原港运大厦进行改扩建,使新港运大厦的标高和整个基地相符。拆除4层原结构,新建3层楼面,对层19~27收进部分钢结构进行补齐,对下部3层新建楼面使用传统外包混凝土加固柱墙方法,新建梁柱节点外加柱帽箍筋加强刚性节点。

Demolition four layers and build three new layers, use the steel structures to fill in floor slab of 19-27 layers. The three layers'column and wall of new floor are wrapped with concrete for strengthening, new beam-column joints use column cap stirrup strengthen rigid joint.
