[摘要] 建筑结构本身是否采取有效的抗震措施是影响特大地震灾害造成破坏和损失程度的主要因素。对三大地震产生的不同后果进行比较和分析，简单阐述了建筑结构以及正确采用结构抗震措施的重要性。

Abstract: Building structure itselfto take effective measures for earthquake resistance is a necessary factor in the large earthquake damage and losses caused by disasters. The different consequences of the three earthquakes have been compared and analyzed, and the importance for building structure and the correct use of seismic measures are expounded.
