高层钢结构住宅结构设计探讨

[摘要] 钢城花园高层钢结构住宅楼高37.35m,地下1层,地上12层,采用钢框架-核心筒结构体系,建筑功能、经济性、居住舒适度均较好。钢骨混凝土剪力墙、加强型梁柱节点使结构具有优越的抗震性能。

    Discussion on structure design of a lugh-rise residential building

Abstract: Gangcheng garden high-rise steel structure residential building is 37.35 meters height, and consists of 1 story underground and 12 ground floors. The structural system ofthe mansion is frame-core wall, and architectural functions, cost saving and comfortable residence are well. The seismic performance is superior for steel framed concrete core wall and strengthening beam column joint.
