(1 南京金宸建筑设计有限公司,南京210029; 2 南京市房屋安全鉴定处,南京210029)[摘要] 通过对四川地震灾区不同结构类型房屋震损情况的总体了解,对墙、柱、梁等结构构件的破坏形态进行分析,从中找出由于建筑、结构设计缺陷而导致房屋震害加重的原因,提出一些解决或减轻这些震害的方法,为地震区房屋抗震设计提供行之有效的建议。

It is clear that certain architectural as well as structural design defects have sharpened the earthquake damage, and solutions that might come into effect in anti-seismic design of buildings to mitigate the quake damages are proposed in future.
