[摘要] 主要介绍了某学校砖混房屋的抗震加固措施和两种计算方法。对于60年代的砖混建筑，材料强度降低较多。采用双面钢筋网砂浆加固后，抗震性能得到较大提高。计算采用综合能力指数法和截面抗震承载力验算法。

    Analysis on the anti-seismic reinforcement for a schoolhouse of brick-concrete structure

Abstract: The anti-seismic and reinforcement measure for a schoolhouse of brick-concrete structure and two calculation methods were introduced. Compared with the brick-concrete construction of 1960s, strength of the wall material reduces more. And after using the reinforcement of double-sided mortar with steel network, the anti-seismic of the construction has been raised. The checking method of comprehensive capacity index and section seismic capacity has been used for calculation.
