基于可靠度理论的焊接结构疲劳寿命评估

摘 要

[提要]  以16MnR钢的焊接结构为例,视主要变量为不确定的,考虑Taylor展开的方法求解一般函数的均值和标准差。根据断裂判据,采用JC法(国际结构安全度联合委员会JCSS推荐)对这种结构进行疲劳可靠性分析,并运用概率断裂力学方法进行给定可靠度下的剩余疲劳寿命计算。算例结果表明,JC法计算精度较高,采用断裂力学方法估算含裂纹构件的剩余疲劳寿命是可行的。

Abstract:The welded structure of 16MnR steel is taken as an example for fatigue life estimation with regarding primary variable as uncertainty and using approximate method of Taylor to solve the mean value and the standard deviation of general functions. According to the fracture criterion, JC method is adopted for analyzing the fatigue reliability of such structures, and the fracture mechanics is used to calculate the remaining fatigue life under the required reliability. Examples results show that JC method is accurate, and it is practicable that the fracture mechanics method is useful for calculating remaining fatigue life of structures with cracks.
