[摘要] 联建房具有外观造型协调统一、节约土地资源、减少建设成本等优点，是农村现代化发展的产物，值得在全国村镇进行推广。目前，联建房在福建省宁德地区大量建设，形成闽东地区的特色民居。由于部分业主因资金短缺等因素缓建部分单元，采取的施工预留措施使结构形成竖向不规则结构。结合具体工程实例通过3种施工工况的抗震性能比较，房屋结构刚度下降，整体性差，抗震性能削弱。对其施工措施提出合理的抗震构造要求，并供同类工程参考。

    Survey on seismic behavior of co-operative buildings in the east of Fujian province

Abstract: Co-operative building have many advantages, such as the construction shape design was in concordance, the land resource was saved and the construction cost was reduced. Co-operative building was the product of countryside modernization process, which was worth to be popularized all over the country. Nowadays, co-operative buildings were being constructed in large quantities in Ningde, which forms the featured folk building in the east of Fujian province. Due to some owners' capital shortage, some building units were suspended and some construction measures were taken, which makes the vertical irregular structure. Seismic behavior of co-operative buildings under three construction cases was compared with an engineenng example. The stiffness declining and poor integrity decrease the seismic behavior of the co-operative building. And the constructional measures were put forward, which would be useful for similar project.
