(茂名学院建筑工程学院,茂名525000)[摘要] 通过对一个采用钢框架结构进行增层的工程的振动特性、地震反应、楼层抗剪承载力等参数的分析研究,揭示了钢框架增层对原结构的影响机理,同时判明了原结构需要抗震加固的部位,进而确定原结构的抗震加固方案。通过运用增大截面法及钢支撑加固法,使增层结构的抗震性能满足规范要求,阐明采用钢框架增层是一种安全、经济的增层方法。

(Maoming University, Maoming 525000, China)Abstract: Vibration characteristics, seismic response, shear capacity and other parameters of a project with steel-frame structure adding storey were analyzed and studyed, the influence mechanism ofthe adding storey on the original structure was revealed. In the same time, in according with the parts of seismic strengthening, the reinforcement measures were confirmed. Through enlarging the section's method and the external steel-bracing method, the seismic performance of new structure can satisfy the standard requirement. In conclusion, using steel-frame adding storey is a safe and economic method.
