(深圳市华博建筑设计有限公司,深圳518033)[摘要] 《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011-2001)对多层砖砌体结构抗震设计有原则的规定。工程设计中采用底部剪力法计算地震作用。楼层剪力按侧移刚度分配到各墙片(段)。按侧移刚度相等的原则提出了等效截面面积的概念,一是将墙片(段)的弯曲变形等效化;二是将有洞或有构造柱墙片(段)侧移刚度等效化,使繁琐的侧移刚度计算演变成并联柱或串联柱的等效截面面积计算。同时对抗震承载力验算不等式进行简化,可以编制表格和计算程序,使得砖砌体结构的抗震验算和加固设计简捷、方便。

Bottom shear method was used in engmeering seismic design method. Story shear force is distributed by lateral stiffness to the walls. According to equivalent lateral stiffness equivalent cross-sectional area concept was proposed, first, the walls for bending deformation equivalent, second, there will be holes or structural column walls the equivalent, then complicated computing of lateral stiffness turns to the equivalent column or columns in series cross-sectional area calculating. Seismic bearing capacity inequality formula can be simplified to the preparation oftables and calculation procedures, which makes checking masonry structures and strengthening seismic design simple and convenient.
