[摘要] 上海万邦中心为既有建筑续建工程，介绍了该建筑抗震评估及加固的设计理念及过程，包括抗震设计参数的选取、构造措施的分析、规则性的判别及计算对比分析，并对常见的约束边缘构件加固、框架梁加固及楼板加固的做法进行了深入阐述，以及对施工须注意的问题提出要求。

    Seismic strengthening design for the Wanbang Center of Shanghai

Abstract: The Wanbang center of Shanghai was the continued engineering of existing buildings, the seismic evaluation and strengthening of the design concept and process were introduced, including the selection of seisnuc design parameters, the analysis of structural measures, rules of discrimination and the calculation of comparative analysis. Common reinforcing approach of the binding edge, framework of beams and floor was elaborated, as well as request was maded for the problem of construction.
