Abstract: The pater is aimed at doing deep research on the reasons and rules of over-limited ratio of shear force to compressive capacity of section of  the coupling wall-beam which comes out frequently in the aseismic design.And auording to this,the paper explores and presents the solutions and methods, which can be used as a reference to the engineering design.
