[摘要] 建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务，积极稳妥地探索适宜我国国情和农民生活特点的生态住宅发展模式，是建设社会主义新农村的一项重要内容；是加快全面实现小康生活、人民安居乐业的具体体现；是逐步提高广大农民生活质量，改善人居环境的时代要求。加强农村住宅的研究，提高农民居住环境，是建设资源节约型和谐社会的重要课题。

Abstract: Building a new socialist countryside is China's modernization in the process of major historic task, and actively and steadily explore the appropriate life of the peasants of China's national conditions and characteristics of eco-housing development model for building a new socialist countryside is an important content; Is to accelerate the full realization of a well-off life, the concrete embodiment of the people live and work; it is to gradually raise the quality of life for farmers and improve the living environment of our times.
