高性能耐久性混凝土施工技术

[摘要] 蓬莱古船博物馆地下工程结构设计使用年限为100年,采用C45 DF70 Pl0高性能高耐久性混凝土。该工程混凝土施工具有配合比设计难度大、施工控制要求高等特点。因此,从原材料、混凝土配置关键环节、配合比设计三个方面进行配合比试验,并从把握原材料质量、计量、搅拌、振捣与抹面和养护等方面介绍施工控制措施。试验结果表明:掺加粉煤灰、聚丙烯纤维、阻锈剂、高效减水剂和混凝土引气剂,具有很好相融性的混凝土可满足其高性能、高耐久性力学性能的要求。

    Construction technology of the high-performance durability concrete

Abstract: Penglai Ancient Boat Museum underground engineering structural design life span of 100 years, high-performance durability concrete C45 DF70 Plo was used in this project. Concrete construction of the project had a difficult mix design, construction and high control requirements. Therefore, from the raw materials, key link in the concrete configuration with design than with the three aspects of testing and strict quality to raw materials, metrology, stirring, vibration and clean surface and conservation areas such as construction control measures were introduced. The experimental results show that mixing fly ash, polypropylene fiber, inhibitor, high-activity water reducing agent and concrete air-entraining agent have a very good blending and make the concrete to meet requirements ofhigh performance and high-durability mechanical performance.
