[摘要] 连梁是高层剪力墙结构和框架-剪力墙结构实现二次抗震设防的重要构件，同时连梁超筋也是一常见现象。从连梁的工作和破坏机理方面进行论述，分析了连梁的设计方法，并提出了连梁超筋时的解决方法。

Abstract: Coupling beams are very important elements in the shear wall structure and frame-shear wall structure to achieve second shock resistance, and the over reinforced in the coupling beam is very common. Working and failure mechanism of coupling beams are discussed in the paper,  design methods are analyzed, and as to put forward the mathod to sovle the problem.。
