(台州市建设工程设计审查中心,台州318000)[摘要] 现行预应力混凝土结构正截面受弯承载力计算复杂冗长,力学原理抽象难以理解,计算结果偏于不安全。认为次弯矩是虚拟的,算式fcbx=fyAs+fpyAp不能成立,并提出了预应力混凝土结构正截面受弯承载力按普通偏心受压构件计算的方法。

The mechanical principle involved in it was abstract and difficult to understand. The result was no safety. Considering the second bending moment was fictitious and hypothesized, so mathematical formula fcbx=fyAs+fpyApwas unavailable.A new method was proposed that the flexural capacity of the pre-stressed concrete structure was calculated according to the ordinary eccentric compression member.
