大型高炉矿焦槽焦筛结构层的振动加固与分析

[摘要] 结合国内某3000m3以上高炉矿焦槽焦筛结构层现场试车的振动参数值,对焦筛结构层的振动特征进行了分析与研究,并对加固方案进行了比较、选择;同时对结构层的抗振要求及构造措施进行了探讨。

Vibration reduction and strengthening on structure layer of coke house vibrating screen in blast furnace

Abstract: Based on the vibrational parameters of trial runs on structure layer of coke house vibrating screen in 3000m3 blast furnace, the vibrational characteristics of structure layer were analyzed and studied. Reinforcement schemes were compared and chosen. The requirements and structure measures for anti vibration of structure layer were discussed.
