预应力碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁受弯性能非线性有限元分析

[摘要] 采用有限元分析方法,模拟预应力碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁,建立了经试验数据对比论证的有限元分析模型。对影响预应力碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁承载性能的三个因素:碳纤维弹性模量、厚度、预应力大小进行了分析,得出了各因素的影响规律。对混凝土开裂荷载,预应力大小变化影响较大,碳纤维布弹性模量及厚度变化影响较小;对延缓钢筋屈服,三个因素都起到一定的作用,相差并不明显;而对梁极限荷载,施加过大的预应力会导致碳纤维布过早破坏而使整个梁达到极限承载能力,故提高碳纤维布弹性模量和厚度能更有效地增强加固梁的极限承载能力。经分析后得出的结论对预应力碳纤维布加固混凝土梁的工程应用具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: Finite element method to simulate the pre-stressed CFRP reinforced concrete beams, the establishment of a finite element analysis model by the test data comparison. On the impact of strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheets bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beams of the three factors (carbon fiber elastic modulus, thickness, size of pre-stressed) were analyzed the impact of the law; That the cracking load of concrete, prestressed change the size of the larger, and the elastic modulus of CFRP and thickness change was less affected; Three factors for delayed reinforcement yield play a role are not obvious difference; As for the beam ultimate load, because the imposition of excessive pre-stressed CFRP will lead to premature destruction of the entire beam reached the limits of carrying capacity, compared with carbon fiber sheet to increase the elastic modulus and thickness of reinforcement is more effective to enhance the beam the linuts of carrying capacity. This article analysis the conclusions of the prestressed CFRP reinforced concrete beams have a certain engineering application guide.
