黄土地基刚度软化法迫降纠倾技术应用研究

[摘要] 在室内迫降纠倾试验研究成果的基础上,综合应用了应力解除法、应力附加法和地基土体刚度软化法等迫降纠倾技术,对某筏板基础5层框架结构的教学大楼进行迫降纠倾,使倾斜结构物顺利回倾,变形缝、倾斜率均达到了规定的技术要求。

Application study on a forced settlement for rectifying leaned structure by loess ground stiffness softening method

Abstract: A five layers leaned teaching building based on the raft foundation was forced to settle down for rectifying leaned structure by comprehensively using stress relieving method, stress additional method, ground stiffness softening method on basis of the indoor forced settlement for rectifying leaned structure experimental research achievements, the leaned building smoothly back leans with the movement joint and the leaning rate reaching the technical requirements of the regulations. A successful model to deal with the construction plague was presented.
