土层倾斜锚杆理论计算与试验的差异性探讨

[提要]  永久性土层倾斜锚杆施工所适用的规范目前只有《土层锚杆设计与施工规范》(CECS22:90)。在土层倾斜锚杆计算时,规范中给出的土层与锚杆间的粘结强度采用的是一次常压灌浆测定的数据,当采用二次劈裂注浆施工工艺时,理论计算与实测数据会存在较大的差异。根据具体工程试验数据,分析了土层倾斜锚杆理论计算与实际试验存在较大差异性的原因。在粉土和粉质粘土的地质情况下,二次劈裂注浆形成的锚固体的等效直径是钻杆直径的1.5倍以上。在计算承载力时,仍可采用一次常压注浆测定的数据,但此时不用再考虑锚杆突起和地下水对承载力的影响。

Analysis on Difference Between Inclination Anchor Rod Theoretical Calculation and Experiment/Guo Xianyi(Henan Jianda Engineering Construction Supervision Co., Zhengzhou 450002, China)
Abstract:The only corresponding specifications for the permanent inclination anchor rod construction is code for design and construction of anchor rod (CECS22:90). In the calculation of inclination anchor rod, the bond strength between soil formation and anchor rod given in the specifications is the once normal pressure data.When using the twice splitting grouting construction technology, there will be notable difference between theoretical calculation and experimental data. Based on the project experimental data,the reason of the notable difference between theoretical calculation and experiment on the inclination anchor rod is analyzed. Under the geologic conditions of powder and clay soil, the equivalent diameter of anchor object by second time split grouting is 15 times more than that of the drill pipe. When the carrying capacity is calculated, the data measured at single normal pressure grouting could still be used, and the influence of ground water and anchor pipe protuberance to the carrying capacity can not be taken into account.
