沿海地区风机基础设计概述及工程应用*

[摘要] 系统阐述风机基础设计理论和方法,主要计算内容包括:荷载组合、地基承载力、变形及稳定性、基础抗冲切和抗剪切承载力等,并指出风机土建结构研究方面的若干个关键技术问题。以某沿海风电场工程为例,介绍了桩基础布置和承台配筋计算的基本原则,复核基础承载力、变形、应力等内容。计算表明,基础变形和抗倾覆能力是基础设计的控制指标;应控制单桩拉压应力比以减少桩周土在循环荷载下的累积疲劳效应;沿海环境对风机基础有较强的腐蚀性,应控制基础裂缝,必要时采取防护措施。

    A review of foundation design for wind turbine in coastal area and engineering application

Abstract: The design theory of wind turbine foundation was discussed systematically, and the calculation matter contained load combination, foundation bearing capacity, stability, deformation, punching resistance, shearing resistance etc. Furthermore, some key technical issues about the construction of wind turbine structure were spread out. Taking a coastal wind farm for example, the principles of pile and bar arrangement were introduced. Meanwhile, bearing capacity, deformation targets and stress were checked. Results show that deformation and overturning resistance ofthe foundation will likely be the control targets. The ratio of compressive and pulling stress in single pile should be controlled to reduce the fatigue effect of soil. The width of crack is limited because of the strong causticity of coastal surroundings, and preventive measures should be taken at a pinch.
