钢结构防火衫的设计、制作及其有关性能的研究

[摘要] 通过耐火试验和数值分析,研发了一种新的适合工业化生产的防火措施“防火衫”:首先设计、制作了防火衫;然后通过耐火试验验证了防火衫优良的耐火性能;最后对采用防火衫的钢框架在火灾下的抗火性能进行了有限元分析,并与涂刷了厚型防火涂料的钢框架进行了对比。研究结果表明防火衫比厚型防火涂料具有更加优良的抗火性能。

Study on the design, manufacturing and performance of fire resisting coat for steel structure

Abstract: It presents a new measure named fire resisting coat suitable for industrialized production. Through thermal experiments thermal characteristics parameters of fire resisting coat are measured. The fireproof performance of fire resisting coat in fire is analyzed with finite element method. The research results show that fire resisting coat has a better fireproof performance than normal thick fireproof painting.
