(莱钢股份炼钢厂,莱芜271104)[摘要] 我国托梁拔柱技术的应用,过去一般多局限于混凝土单层排架结构的工业厂房改造,对静定结构与超静定结构,分别考虑内力重分布及转移部分荷载,现多用于框架结构的综合性大厅、综合楼的改造。随着钢结构厂房、钢结构设备平台的推广使用,因生产工艺改造,逐渐在钢结构中使用“托梁拔柱”这一方法,但在使用这一方法时,需根据钢结构的内力分析特点采用,因钢结构抗扭相对较弱、整体稳定性与混凝土结构不同,且恒荷载与活荷载导致的钢柱柱端弯矩调整不同,在设计、施工中,需充分考虑到影响,结合两个工程实例,分析实施的全过程。

(Laigang Incorporation State Construction, Laiwu 271104, China)Abstract: In the past, the application of "supporting beam drawing column" method was commonly confined to the transformation of industrial plants of single-layer concrete bent structure. For statically determinate structures and statically indeterminate structure, respectively, considering re-distribution ofinternal forces and shift ofpart ofthe load is used for the transformation of comprehensive hall and multi-purpose buildings of frame structure. With the promotion of steel device platforms, the method is gradually used by transformation of production process.But using this method, we must be in accordance with characteristics ofinternal force analysis of steel structures, beacuse steel structure is relatively weak in torsion and it's overall stability is different in concrete structure,what's more, the adjustment of bending moment of steel column end by constant load and live load is different. In the design and construction, the influence of the method should be fully considered. Combining with two project examples, we'll analyze the entire process of the method implementation.
