门式刚架端板竖放节点拟静力有限元分析*

[摘要] 针对门式刚架端板竖放节点连接形式,进行有限元模拟,通过改变端板厚度、螺栓布置、节点区加劲肋设置这几个参数,分析各参数对构件承载力、刚度产生的影响。分析发现门式刚架结构的破坏模式不同于一般钢框架,节点区呈现半刚性连接的特性,对门式刚架结构设计提出一些建议。

    Finite element analysis of quasi-static of vertical end-plate node in the portal frame

Abstract: A numerical simulation by the finite element method  (FEM)  about vertical end-plate connection ofthe portal frame had been done. Through changing the thickness of end-plate, bolts layout and rib stiffener of the node zone to analyze the influence of these parameters on bearing capacity of components and rigidity. Failure modes of portal frame were different from these of the normal steel frame in the analysis. The node zone shows the characteristics of semi-rigid connection. Some suggestions in the portal frame design are given.
