(1 曲阜师范大学,曲阜273165; 2 华杰工程咨询有限公司,北京100029)[摘要] 对我国为提高砖混结构抗震性能所采取的抗震构造方法以及抗震加固技术进行了总结。分析了建筑选址、结构选型和建筑抗震构造措施等因素对震害的影响,提出了砖混结构教学楼抗震设防的若干建议,可供此类结构教学楼设计和施工参考。

The influence of construction site, the choice of structural systems, the earthquake-resistance measures, etc. on damage of earthquake was analyzed. Some suggestions of seismic fortification of masonry-concrete buildings were proposed for reference of seismic design and construction.
