论汶川地震对建筑物的损害及给工程建设的启示*

[摘要] 汶川特大地震中灾区各种结构形式的房屋:砌体结构、底框结构、框架结构以及填充墙等维护结构、楼梯、防震缝等造成的不同程度的损害和破坏,通过对典型震害特征的分析,着重讨论了震后新建工程建设中各个环节需要重视的关键问题,以提高各类工程抗震能力,确保人人都有一个安全的居所。

Discussion on damage to constructions of Wenchuan earthquake and implications for projects construction

Abstract: Various of housing,just like:masonry structure, bottom frame structure, frame structure and maintenance structure such as filler wall, stairs, seismic joint and so on, had varying degrees of damage and destruction caused by Wenchuan earthquake, by analyzing on the characteristics of typical damage, focused on all aspects of key issues need attention to new constructions after earthquake, in order to improve the seismic capacity of various projects, to ensure that everyone had a safe residence.
