[提要] 基于共同作用理论,结合实际工程,采用有限元法对核心筒下桩承台基础的荷载分担比例及受力特点进行了较为详细的计算和分析。依据分析得到的规律对常规设计方法进行了优化。证明考虑上部结构承台桩土共同作用来设计核心筒下桩承台基础是合理的,也是必要的。可供类似工程设计参考。

Optimizing Design of Pileraft Foundation Under Core Tube Based on Cooperative Effect Theory/Jiang Shan(China Merchants Real Estate (Shenzhen)Co.,LTD.,Shenzhen 518067,China)
Abstract:Based on the theory of cooperative effect,combining with a practicality engineering, the participance in load and the loadingcarrying characteristic of the pileraft foundation under core tube are analyzed by finite element method. It has proved to be reasonable and necessary to design the pileraft foundation under core tube considering the theory of upside structureraftpilesoil interaction, and the results can be reference to foundation design of similar engineering.
