轻型木结构建筑防火、防风、防震及防护设计研究

[摘要] 多年来,轻型木结构建筑在许多地区国家已得到普遍推广。为促进轻型木结构建筑在我国的发展,介绍了该结构形式本身良好的耐火极限和抗震性能,阐述了其防火构造设计方法,基础、墙体、楼盖、屋盖等结构体系在设计上通常采用的防风措施,介绍了地震区轻型木结构建筑应采取的抗震设防措施,木材腐蚀的原因及轻型木结构建筑防腐设计方法,简要介绍了白蚁的整体防治管理办法。对提高轻型木结构建筑的安全性和耐久性具有重要意义。

Abstract: Over the years, light wood frame construction has been generally popularized in many countries and regions. In order to promote the development oflight wood frame construction in our country, Good fire resistance and seismic performance of this construction method are introduced in this paper. Its fire prevention design methods, measures to prevent wind damage of foundation, walls, floor, roof, etc. are presented in this paper. Seismic fortification measures of the structural systems in the earthquake zone, the reasons for the wood corrosion, Design-Construction methods of corrosion control and termite control are also shown here, Briefly introduce the overall prevention and treatment of termite management. To improve security and wear oflight wood frame construction are of great significance.
